At Zenosky, we conduct live online workshops and digital training sessions.
Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before registering.

No Refund Policy

All payments made for workshop registrations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Change of mind
  • Inability to attend the session
  • Incorrect registration details
  • Technical issues on the participant’s side
  • Scheduling conflicts

Once a payment is successfully made, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued.

Rescheduling

If Zenosky cancels or reschedules a workshop due to internal reasons, participants will be notified and offered:

A rescheduled date
OR

Access to an alternative session (if available)

No monetary refund will be provided.
